Extremely comfy beds, well-appointed and reasonably large room. Tiled bathroom, extremely friendly and efficient staff that is pleasant and helpful from check-in to check-out. Location so close to the restaurant at the ground level. Efficiency of the staff.

Had a such wonderful stay for a wedding and stay at Thompson hotel, everything was exceptional. Our room was brand-new and nicely decorated and it came with ceiling windows, a beautiful view of Nashville, music. The venue had a favourable location close to The Gulch.

I recently stayed at this place and I had a fantastic experience. The location is amazing, situated in a popular downtown area called "The Gulch". It's a great neighborhood with lots of restaurants nearby. The staff was extremely pleasant and helpful from check-in to check-out. They went out of their way to provide excellent service, even surprising us with champagne and balloons in our room. The room itself was spacious and well-appointed, with modern amenities like a flat-screen TV and a mini-bar. The hotel also has a rooftop bar with outstanding views of the city. I had a truly enjoyable stay here.

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay in the Gulch area of Nashville.

There were a few downsides to my stay. The lighting in the rooms was not sufficient, even with all the lamps turned on.
